Websites

I have designed and developed (and continue to maintain) several websites. My unique selling point is that I am not a web developer! –

The upside is that whatever I design can be looked after by the organisation themselves.

In practice, what this means is that you can have an attractive website without needing lots of technical skills to update the content. If you can use Word competently then, on a day to day basis, you can manage any website that I develop.

If you have specific needs that are beyond my technical experience then I will say so. In such cases there are other ways in which I could help you to ensure you get what you want and need.

The examples on the right hand side of the page illustrate the kind of websites that I have designed and developed. Simply click on any of the screengrabs to take a more detailed look at that website.

Diocese of Leeds Justice & Peace Commission

This is a moderately complex website having over 30 pages with lots of links to other sites and PDF’s and other files available for download from the site.

The Northern Lymphoedema Support Group

home page of websiteThis is a small informational website. The group just needed a way for people to find out about their existence and what they do.

West Leeds & Bramley Credit Union

website home page for Bramley Credit UniionAnother informational website – so that people searching can easily find out that they exist, where they operate from and how it all works.

An AStonishing Secret

This website is a ten part online video course in an aspect of theology. This website is more complex in that in order to access the videos people have to register and pay a fee. So, the site includes ‘membership’ functionality (so that only registered users can see some pages) and also works with a payment processing site (easier to set up than you might think).
